In the course of the international trainings Mina led through Excel, she built an expansive network. Mina knows how to connect resources to opportunity for successful results. During these trainings, Mina has met a variety of people and established a vast network, and she knows how to maximize those connections when working to complete a project, particularly in Afghanistan.
Whatever the nature of the project, Mina relies on her technical expertise, vast network of experts, and local stakeholders to build an environment of collaboration and bring seemingly impossible projects to fruition with measurable impact.
Mina also served as a mentor to the youth in Afghanistan. She engaged them through a process of achievement, teaching them leadership skills and business acumen and helping to guide them on a sustainable professional path.
